（中央社記者鍾榮峰台北14日電）上銀董事長卓永財表示，美國商品還是要出口、要跟其他國家貿易。他認為，川普擔任美國總統後，或許保護傾向難免，但不太可能如競選期間的言論一般。
上銀下午舉辦法人說明會，會前卓永財接受媒體短暫採訪。
談到美國總統當選人川普（Donald Trump）政策影響，卓永財表示，會不會有關稅壁壘，可能是個變數。他指出，全球沒有一個國家能夠脫離國際貿易，美國商品還是要出口，他認為，川普競選期間和執政之後的環境是不一樣的。
卓永財表示，美國之前是全球最大的經濟體，比例相當大，若關起門來自己可以活得過去；但是現在全球開放這麼多年，美國雖然還是最大的經濟體，但是占比沒那麼多，美國還是要跟其他國家做貿易。
卓永財表示，川普擔任美國總統後，或許保護主義傾向難免，但是不太可能如同其競選期間的言論一般。
卓永財指出，產業在全球競爭開放下，要找到可長可久的利基點，提高產品的附加價值，未來台灣還是很有希望。1051114
